| Phoenix Environmental's entirely indoor 72-hour recycling and oil processing facilities are the only one of their kind in Washington State. Phoenix believes that no storage of waste materials equals less liability for our customers. This means waste that is accepted into the phoenix facilities is recycled and/or processed within 72-hours. In addition, phoenix has provided a closure plan and funding for both facilities.
